Charged me for professional voice mail, that I never ordered!

I am so mad, recieved my phone bill for the month of Feburary and it had a charge of $15.92 on it for Voice Mail Professionals VM Mthly Fee on it. I never ordered it, and they said my daughter did on the internet, gave me the date and gave me her name. Which is pretty scarey!!! Don't even know if this is a real vocie mail operation or not!!!
Had to take the time to call my phone company twice and call the voice mail people and now right this report... And now I have to keep an extra eye on my phone bill to make sure it clears up and I have to call my phone company again next month to get the charge off again!!!
