Key Realty (Joe Johnson) Ripped off Service Member! Bad Realtor/Property Manager!

Fellow Service Members - Run fast in the opposite direction of Mr Joe Johnson and Key Realty. I was leaving the bases and needed to rent my house out. For four months, this so-called realtor could not find tenants. I lived less than 5 miles from the base, who would not want to live that close to the job, no long commute! My property just sat there!

I called another property manager while I was in Arizona to take over the property, that ended up being a disaster (SEE BROWN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REPORT) but he was able to get tenants. Stay away from Mr Joe Johnson and Key Realty. If you want good representation in Wichita Falls, see the good people at (name removed by usacomplaints.com) will treat your property properly.
