I've been trying to exchange a damaged box spring for two weeks. I've been given the run around and just today rec'd a message stating I need to contact the store. If I were able to get some where with the store in the beginning, I would not have needed to contact customer service. You really do get what you pay for and in this case I learned my lesson. No more Sears for me!
