Bad customer service/scheduling delivery customer rep from the Philippines - Washer/Dryer purchase, delivery and installation

I was trying to reschedule my washer/dryer delivery, and for some reason I have given a date that I thought was on a MOnday. Well the filipina rep. Said I cannot backtrack my dates. She said I cannot change it on March 19th, Monday, cause she already scheduled it. Which that is really absurd explanation, because the delivery was originally set for March 28th, which is a Wednesday. I rescheduled it yesterday March the 6th for the 15th, but I was called in to work. So today I rescheduled it to be the 20th, which while I was on hold I realized I have class that day, So I asked if I can reschedule it the 19th, and Neely (the filipina rep) said she cannot do that anymore. I am so confused with this and unsatisfied with this. We have paid in full the washer/dryer and the delivery, but for some reason, Sears is making it impossible for us to get our merchandise.
