Several years ago Priority Plumbing and air sold my elder parents a supposedly new heating and A/C twin pack for there single wide mobile home. They came out and serviced it on a yearly basis and this year it was told them that the unit was in need of major repais and it would be cheaper to purchase a new unit. They scammed her into believing that her unit was not working properly and would be a extremely expensive fix as well as time consuming, so a new unit was her only option.

They told her the price would be $5900.00 and that the maintenance package would be an additional $400. As soon as I found out that my Mother had agreed to buy a unit on the information that was given to her I called another A/C company here in Vegas to get a second opinion. The new A/C company told us the unit was in great shape, there was nothing wrong with it and no service was needed and that whoever had told her that it needed to be replaced was just scamming her because a new unit was not needed.

Also, he gave us a quote that if there was something wrong with the unit his price would be $3800 which included a 15 year warranty and a yearly maintenance package. He said he didn't know why anybody would ever pay $5900 for a single wide mobile home. So all Priority Plumbing and air did was try to scam my mother who lives on a fix income a unit that was not needed so they could make money. It needs to be known that they will rip you off especially the elderly, please get a second opinion if you deal with them.
