We purchased a contract from them to service our air condition units 7 years ago when the units were only 3 years old. We kept the units serviced by them regularly. They continually tried to upsell us every time they came to service the unit - mole light - yada yada yada. We also had them come and clean our air ducts. Our upstairs unit leaked and ruined our ceiling downstairs. When they came to service it they told us the unit needed to be replaced. They said it couldn't be repaired and tried to get us to buy a new system from them. We got a second opinion and hired another technician that fixed the unit for less then $200.00. It is over a year now and the unit has been working fine. No leaks, cold when needed. This company is nothing but a rip-off. Do not use them for anything.
