I call this company for a pressure test on my gas line since my house is been out of gas over two years this guy show up and gives me an estimate for $315.00 so i agree but he saw that my water heater need it to be raise up 2 ft to pass the inspection and the airflow vent wast loose so he told me to put another screw and the hot pressure drain was unscrew off so it need it to be hook back on.

Aslo my chimney is gas but it had a old shutoff valve so he told me it needed to be cap or change so i was ok since you already here how much would you charge me to just do all this things so i can get this over with so he gave me an estimate for $1,115.00. I thought he was just kidding but he was not so i told him that was kind of high dont you think?

He said "yes but i'll install the airflow vents new and make it look pretty" and then he said "well you can do the job and i'll just give you warranty on the pressure test" I agree so i reconnect all this things and i call the following week and talk to this lady by the name carol and told me since i didnt let them do the work she cannot pressure test my house... Another words since i didnt let them screw me $800.00 off me they wont do the job anymore. Seriously???
