New hvac unit. He did poor work

Benny put in new 4ton unit in my home in 6/11.. Within a month we had to have a new compressor. After a year of complaints my unit went out. 100 deg in my home. I had to call another lic contractor. He opened just to ck the serial number on compressor and it was old 2006 comp in my 2011 goodman unit. Mr utley came and removed the compressor. All in it is gome but a shell. Now he says it was not compressor he put in when he was only one to ever work on it. A yr old unit with 5 yr warranty. I have since heard nightmares. Please help. Tell all. We are taking to court. My child is disabled. Has seizures and no air. I bought 2 window units to help. I am a single mother unable to wk because my son is sick. Warn others please
