Air Conditioning issues - AC unit

Save your money and do not buy a warranty from this company ever!!! Worst service I have ever had dealing with a warranty company. Our upstairs unit stopped cooling. After having the unit checked with who they sent out and being out over $200.00 for the service call and also the leak test, still nothing being done. They called to say the needed maintenance records for the last 2 years so that has been provided. They then denied the claim because the AC tech showed adding 1 lb of Freon to the unit and called it pre-existing condition. I have been very disappointment in this whole ordeal. You think you are doing the right thing having your units serviced yearly and taking as much care as possible only to go through this nightmare. I am talking to a layer as this is bull, will also be talking to BBB. Very disappointed in this whole mess
