Choice home warranty is a scam! They cover their claims! They just take your money

We purchased a home warranty in early 2011. We have since experienced multiple issues with this company:

1st - We asked if Choice Home Warranty for a warranty that covers air conditioning and they verbally said "Yes". However, when we they sent the final contract, the air conditioning coverage was not included. Due top personal medical emergencies happening at that time, we overlooked the fine print of the contract and signed it. Classic Bait and Switch... And we live in Las Vegas, so you know how hot it gets here!!!

2nd - In the middle of winter our heating system broke. Our contract with Choice Home Warranty ABSOLUTELY COVERS our heating system. However, despite saying that the company is open 365 days / year they did not answer their phones on Dec 23rd. So, we could not get the contractor to fix the heating system because he had to wait to receive approval from CHW. After waiting 4 days with no heat, we finally contacted CHW on the first day they were open business and they asked us to provide proof that the heating system had been serviced on a regular basis (before they will make any decision). This is completely a scam and they will most likely turn down our claim - because they can always claim that we did not adequately service our unit (even though we have tons of proof). This makes no sense because CHW should have inspected the heating unit before agreeing to the service contract/warranty.

Moral of the story - We lost money on this warranty and they got us. Don't be a sucker and get got by these CROOKS!
