Don't do business with Choice Home Warranty They advertise good service but will not cover what they say they will

Before you go into a contract with Choice Home Warranty you had better read all of the fine print in there contract. They claim coverage in a large variety of areas but excludes any repair or replacement of major consequencies. They claim plumbing system repair. If you have more than a stopped up toilet that an auger can not repair you are out of luck. They will not repair your plumbing system. Very disappoint6ing when I called to get the service when paying the annual fee up front. Not a good choice of home warranty companies. Easier to have something break in your home, have it fixed out of pocket. Rather than pay them for not doing anything to remedy your problem. A true bait and switch.
