Ripoff Improper install of heating system is causing most of the house to remain cold 65 - 68 degrees, and two rooms to be VERY hot 85-90 degrees. Company will not honor warranty

I have been trying to get a hold of Platinum for warranty service on the install they performed in June. Their Ft Worth office number has been disconnected, as well as the Houston office. The Dallas number just rings busy all of the time.

The heating portion of the install was not done correctly. It runs almost continuously; boiling two rooms, and not blowing enough in the rest of the house. My gas bill for TWO weeks was $202 due to the faulty system installation.

I only have just started using the heating portion of the system. Their contract stated a 1 1/2 year install warranty, that they are defaulting on. Their two other contact numbers have been disconnected, and I do not see them at the Dallas address any longer.
