Dishonest and misleading rip-off!

I purchased carpet for our livingroom. Lowes supposively sold me the best dupont stain free berber carpet. The cost for a small living room was 850.00. I had trouble with stains immediately. I contacted Jerry the sales manager right away. He set up an appointment to look at my carpet. A simple spill or spot will not budge. I spilled coffee and immediately blotted the spill and steamed it. The stain would not budge. Wear n' tear dirt sets in the carpet fibers. Jerry agreed when he inspected the carpet.

The store manager called after Jerry submitted his findings. Store manager told me to have it proffesionaly cleaned, submitt the receipt and he would replace it. I had it cleaned by 2 different technicians. The soiled areas and stains will not come up. I took them the copy and written statement from the technician. Now Lowes tells me there not replacing my carpet after doing everything they requested. They lead me on. They lied to me repeatedly.
