Ripoff Sold us carpet, and did not back it as they said they would!

Mike from carpet consultants showed us how this particular carpet would be so easy to take care of by using simple bleach to remove stains without bleaching the carpet.in his show-room he rubbed some black printers ink on the carpet then let it dry. He then sprayed 100% bleach on the stain, which did take the ink out 100%, and never bleached the carpet. So we bought the carpet solely because of that seeing we have 5 kid's. The carpeting costed us 1800.00 for 4 rooms.

Well, the carpet was installed, and wouldn't you know it our son spilled an entire can of cherry pop. We blotted the spill up, and tried the bleach rutine as directed by carpet consultants. The bleach took some of the stain out but not all of it. We called Mike, and explained what happened, and that the bleach did not work. He said to try again, and if it still doesn't take the stain out that he would come out and try it, and if he couldn't do it he would call manufacture out. We tried, and to no success, we called Mike and left a number of messages on his voice mail about what happened and what he said he would do. He still has not returned any of our calls and it has been over a month!

This company is a joke, and would not refer them to our worst enemy!
