4 years ago we had Lowes install carpet in our whole house on one of their Installation Specials. We picked out top carpet, they came out and installed it and it looked good. We
moved into the house and in less than a year they had to come back and restretch the carpeting. Now 4 years later our carpet looks like a roller coaster, hump after hump. We
spoke with some real carpet installers and were told Lowes must have been selling seconds on the carpet. I figure for the good installation charge, they said even if it was restretched again it would not hold up. Only 2 of us and living room is hardly used.
