Allied Trade Group Charges Credit Card for Products They Can Not Timely Delive

I purchased more than $600 of kitchen cabinet hardware. After two days of not hearing anything I called ATG. They said the hardware was on back order and would not be available for a month. I said I could not wait and asked them to cancel the order. The representative said they would contact the vendor and my credit card would be credited if and when the vendor agreed.

I paid more than $600 for a product they don't have and cannot deliver. They will not credit card back.
