No Satisfaction - Royal Doulton/Anthea 5pc place setting

This is NOT the vendor to use if you want to purchase Fine China... I placed an order for a Bridal Shower gift but had to cancel due to the fact the vendor could not deliver the product by the time I needed it but that's not the real problem, after 6 weeks of initially having my credit card charged for the purchase and 4 weeks after the order cancellation, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded to me!!! I have contacted "Customer Service" three times and have gotten the same stock answer twice and am currently waiting for my answer to my third request to "when will by money be refunded?" Don't give any money to this on-line vendor because you may not get it back... (yes, I have contacted my credit card company...)
