Horrible service

I had sit for for 4 hours waiting for someone to show to fix my washing machine. They NEVER showed AND they never called. I called to complain and it has been OVER one hour that I have been on the phone. Each person has transferred me to another. I have been on hold for the 4th person for over 45 minutes. I WILL NEVER buy another appliance from this store and will tell many others NOT to either. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
