Washer Technician No-Show After Four Hours and Long Call Transfers

I had sit for 4 hours waiting for someone to show to fix my washing machine. They never showed and they never called. I called to complain and it has been over one hour that I have been on the phone. Each person has transferred me to another. I have been on hold for the 4th person for over 45 minutes. I will never buy another appliance from this store and will tell many others not to either. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
