Rude alma

Recieved my new dishwaher only to find it leakes condensation around the corner of the door during drying. I didn't think it would be a problem to get a repairman. Called the repair #. Alma got out the mauel and proceeded to tell me how my dishwaher leaked and where it leaked and that this is normal. I explained that this is going to ruin my cabinets. Alma was so RUDE, argued with me and therefore I have no appt! So much for sears standing behinid their products anymore. After being a loyal customer for 45yrs., I should not have to take this!
