Dishwasher Leaks Condensation, Agent Argued It Is Normal, Repair Visit Refused

Received my new dishwasher only to find it leaks condensation around the corner of the door during drying. I didn't think it would be a problem to get a repairman. Called the repair #. Alma got out the manual and proceeded to tell me how my dishwasher leaked and where it leaked and that this is normal. I explained that this is going to ruin my cabinets. Alma was so RUDE, argued with me and therefore I have no appt! So much for Sears standing behind their products anymore. After being a loyal customer for 45yrs., I should not have to take this!
