I have a Sears washer. It was purchased in March. Every 9 months it stops working for some reason or other. It takes your repair department 2- 3 weeks to get the repair done. A week to come out, a week to wait for the part, then when the part is delivered to my door, I can call for another appointment and then wait another week for an appointment. I then can only hope that the repair person isn't sick and has to reschedule. I was a big fan of SEARS equipment because of their repair service. It has gone down hill. I teach and I am a respected consumer in my field. I am at the point I tell people not to buy from SEARS.
