Ripoff sold a new home to me that needs many many repairs and fixes

I purchased a new home that is defective. The crawlspace flooded as a result of drainage of swamp area on lot next to me. Towne Development Corp. Drained onto my and my neighbors land after raising level of culvert and cutting berm holding water on swampland field. This was done along with 30 inches of sand fill to get enough area to build another home.

Unfortunately a septic drain field is to go in there also. This already floods over my well in 8 hours of rain. Because sand will saturate and water runs through it does not work except to flood us who already bought homes and properties from Towne Development Corp. At Steeplechase. Also no repairs or replacement of broken and damaged cabinets, countertops, under crawlspace duct work. Floor joist to low to ground dirt.

Can't get under carrier beam to service water lines, plumbing or duct work. Too close to ground. Have black mold under home. There has never been any contact from responsible party from this company. The super whom promises everything to everybody but no forthcoming.
