Mark Dudley George King
Built our house and plan to build more homes in a sub-division that floods after they know it flooded Ripoff

I bought a house in Kennard, IN in Kennard Lake Estates from Mark Dudley, George King and a 3rd partner that I dont know.

The property, road and all most the house floods every time we get a little rain (but it is not a flood plain) I cannot get my car in or out of the driveway when it floods. I asked upfront questions about the house like does it flood George King told my wife and I that there has never been any water standing on any lot out here even when other homes around the area flooded in bad rain. (It dont even take one inch of rain to flood us.)

Befor we closed on the house people in kennard told us that the hole place out here floods every time it rains we tried to get out of the perchas agreement on the fact that they did not meet any deadlines on making repairs but Mark dudley said he would sue us and keep the down payment money that we paied that was held in his Remax company escrow forceing us to close on the house he new the house flooded.

We have contacted Henry county about the problam they said it is not there problam, that Mark Dudley and George King new it flooded and was not suspose to build here. They got the town to annex it into the city and the city let them build anyway. We have talked to Mark Dudley about the problam and he said it never flooded untill we moved here and he is not going to pay to fix the problam.
