New custom built home, built on a high water table, under ground flooding, not owning up to warranty issues., plainfield

Buyer Beware on purchasing a home with the builder and names mentioned. They have lied, not owned up to contract obligations, not paid the contractors so now I have liens pending with such contractors they have not paid.

Failure to disclose water issues with the development of high water table, shoddy construction, not owning up to warranty repairs, and some are severe that can result in a fire hazard, where water on a rain fall, comes in over the foundation near my electric panel in the basement, cracks in the foundation wall where water comes in. Water stains that outline in the basement floor. Light switches when you turn on and off pops/crackels with electicity. Floor squeaks, loud poping noises from duct work, sink holes in the fron and back of yards from poor grading, and back fill. Gas leaks that I repaired myself with leak detector when i smelled natural gas. One from the gas line going into the oven range, and the other was a leak from my hot water heater that I had to take apart myself.

All I can say from several calls, emails, and certified letters, i can get no response, and buyers beware. This was a custom built home and paid good money for it, and now i'm stuck with problems after problems, water issues, potential resale, and lien issues. Items
