Horrible customer service

Called in received a quote on the phone and when they arrived at the house they refused to honor the quote stating they would have to charge me more for a "diagnosis" and suggested I stick with the company who gave me the quote, problem is too much time has passed for me to get credit for the diagnosis fee the other company charged me which costs me even more money. Horrible customer service, on the phone during follow up call. I feel like they made an appointment just to get to the house and then rack up charges. I guess they didn't want my small time business.
