I had purchased a wall decor with a quote on it for my bedroom and new house 6 months ago. After I moved in, I went to hang it on my wall and it was defected. I went to Kohls to exchange it and they stated they didn't have anymore left and could give me $2.99 since they went on clearance. I paid $29.99 for it and didn't keep the receipt because I liked it and didn't think it would be defected. The lady was rude as well and also wouldn't let me return jewelry I had gotten for Christmas because there was no tag on it. She refused to even look for one like it and told me to "regift it" as there was nothing she could do. I now have jewelry I will never wear and will not regift it. As for the wall quote, why am I only getting $2.99 back when it was defected? I would like my full amount back and also would like to be able to take the jewelry back. I normally love Kohl's, but I had such a horrible experience, I'm not sure if I will go back.
