It was a case of the old bait and switch. We were quoted a price and they called to say they wouldn't have such a service unless extra was paid. This was a shuttle to the airport. After a while of complaining and trying to get them honor the price quote they grew angry. They refused to do business what so ever. They company says one thing and refuses to honor their word. There is nothing on their site that states the quote may be invalid. Their customer service is rude and unwilling to help. They have left us in a serious bind.
