Totally Unhelpful, Won't Solve The Problem

This company is a total joke. We've been three weeks without a washer. They refuse to replace it and they keep letting Sears come out and replace the same part over and over, which doesn't fix the problem. Home warranties are supposed to protect the homeowner not allow for their fleecing.

When we asked if they cared whether or not they minded Sears charging them over and over without fixing the problem they said there is nothing they can do. That is total bull.

They are by far a total waste of money. Stay away.
