Incompetent fraudster. Scammer

This man is a SCAMMER! He listed my property last year for a VERY low price as he convinced me my asking price was too high. I was very skeptical of this since all of the houses nearby were selling for higher prices. It made no sense, but I said ok and I made the biggest mistake of my life which was agreeing for him to list my property.

It took 2 months for him to come back and tell me my price was again too high. The house was shown to only 2 or 3 people. He told us that he has someone who is very interested but the price is still too high. We lowered the price again and he made us reduce the price yet ONCE AGAIN. And voila! It was sold at less than 70% of the asking price. We were desperate and he knew it.

A year later, I met with the buyer, and found out that Nikolas Vidovic was actually a friend of his, and he reserved the house for him and made me lower my price so that he can sell and earn $ from his friend.
