They allow you to name the price you are willing to pay, but do not tell you whether or not your price is accepted until after you are charged and you have a receipt and a policy saying, "no refunds". If you are price shopping, you are not buying but merely looking. They will not tell you whether or not your price is accepted by any company until you pay up... Very unclear and unethical business practices.
