I hired M and H Fences to build an arbor and to wire for some fans and outside lights for my back patio. He demanded all of the money up front which I paid. He then told me that we did not need a permit and gave me some reasons why.

Once we had to tear down to start over via no permit he charged me extra for his own mistake. Once the permit was gotten, he was to meet the city at my house to go over everything before proceeding. He did went ahead and started for the 2nd time which was still incorrect and he had to tear down and start over for a third time. He was clearly not following the permit guidelines.

He also double charged me for materials. At the beginning of the project, I explained in fine detail how I wanted things built. He then later charged me 1200 more for the wood.

At this point he has taken off and did not finish any of the electrical work.
Watch out for this man. He lies lies lies
