Terrible Customer Service Prompts Vow to Leave After Paying Off Account

I will never do business with Sears again, they are a rip-off. As soon as I pay off my account with them, I am done! I will tell all my friends and family not to do business with them either, (most of them don't anyway!) They have terrible customer service, and they are a poor company overall.
