This is a terrible co op. The the board of directors is nasty. The director of the board is unresponsive to the needs of the residents. He has to be removed. I have lived here for 5 years and i want out! This building has the worst management and the worst co op board of directors in westchester. The director of the co op joseph sepulveda is a mean and awful man and is unresponsive to the needs of the owners. He must be removed form this office.
