Edgemont co op is bad. Poor services. Building not maintained.Co op board not responsive to needs of owners. High maintenance fees and unaccounatibility of the co-op board members to the owners. Politics and nepotisim dictate who is on board and how services are run and operated. Resale prices lower then any other competing property. Very hard to sell. Beware.
