Problem with stove from start

Had problems from start with pellet stove bought from Fireside. On going for 2 years. Attempt to fix problem was to rebuild stove. Still had issues. Then was also inform from a worker that the piped installed was faulty. They said when they would clean stove then would replace faulty piping. Showed up again on Oct 12 to once again recitfy a continuning problem with this stove to only to tell us now they were going to charge. They piece meal with tape and just left. We now have to get someone else to correct there inadequate work.
