Management company decided to raise Condo Fees 12% with no meeting or voting by owners or residents. Board and Management company continue to make decisions without getting a vote or feeback from renter and owners first. Cancelled board meeting where a vote for new board members was supposed to take place. Pool passes have been issued but manaagement company claims they don't know who is caught on on the condo fees. Needless to say if you need money from poor mismanagement the answer isn't in raise the fees of those who pay, they need to be going after the delinquencies. Onsite manager never offers help for any complaints other than writing a letter.
