Sears repairman - Samsung 52" LCD

I have been with out a tv for 2 months now (the tv is only 8 months old), ordered parts. They said they were backordered. Parts came, repair man came, still not fixed. Had to order another part, guess what got a call yup back ordered!!! Called Samsung directly, had the part here with in a week!!! Argggg! They are awful and most of the people on the phone are not very friendly! Don't ever buy anything from Sears! Should of went with Best Buy!!!
