Samsung TV Repair Waited Two Months for Backordered Parts

I have waited two months to get my tv repaired! Both times the parts where, of course back ordered!!! I have finally called Samsung, and they had the part here within and week!!! Hummmm??? I don't quite get it? We are very angry with Sears and will never buy another big ticket item from Sears.
