Best customer Service - Wheel balance problem

After going to midas and meineke for what I thought was a bad balance that I paid for twice and did not fix the problem. I went to Firestone and they test drove my RAV4 and found out not only was my balance still off I also had a severely leaky strut that they physically showed me. I could not afford it at the time but they helped me get the credit and replaced them both within a few hours. Not only was the shop clean the customer service was the best. They will be my one stop shop from now on. Please recognize the employees at the Firestone near Eastland Mall in Columbus Ohio. What customer service is all about. Thanks again.
