Firestone disreputable & bad business practices - service

Due to past disreputable Firestone practices that I experience, I vowed and did STOP doing business with Firestone.
Recently, a neighbor gave a favorable review of the NEWLY opened Firestone in Titusville, I thought, and hoped Firestone had rid themselves of bad business practices.
My first visit was favorable with good customer concern to save expenses, yet, provide quality service.
My second visit was with my wife%u2019s vehicle, the experience was the as the first.
However, the third bought back my original concerns of disreputable practices.
1. Servicing will ALWAYS find more COSTLY problems to urge (pressure) the customer be investigated.
2. The discovered issues are to be time sensitive and should be fixed (soon if not now).
3. Service warranty%u2019s won%u2019t be honored or remembered, that is unless the customer reminds them it is.
4. Special Discounts that are sent by post or email aren%u2019t from us (Firestone).

B. %u201CWe (Firestone) ARE NOT aware of special offers unless the customer brings it and shows us%u201D.
