Poor repair service

A simple oil and air filter change turned into a lengthy and costly problem. First, a hose was not attached properly resulting in my daughter's car stopping in the middle of a busy street. An afternoon spent getting the car towed back to the shop and getting fixed what should have never happened in the first place. Shortly after the oil change, an oil leak developed. After taking the car to another repair shop, it was discovered that a bolt on the oil pan had been stripped and the whole oil pan needed to be replaced—for $500!! We were shown little compassion or concern about the mistakes made on this vehicle by the staff of Firestone.

I have serious concerns about the training and supervision of the technicians at Firestone. We will never take our cars there again and I will be cancelling our Firestone credit card.
