Great Customer Service - Grafton Virginia Firestone

In November I had my vehicle repaired for a throttle position sensor at a Firestone location in Fort Drum NY. They kept terrible records of the work they performed. 9 months later, I had the same exact problem. I took it to another Firestone location in Grafton Virginia and the manager there (Robert) made multiple attempts to figure out what the history was with the repair work the Firestone in NY performed. Due to poor record keeping at the NY Firestone location, VA location determined that the NY location most likely replaced the wrong part, thus not repairing my vehicle correctly the first time. VA location manager fixed my car for free. He stated, when ethical situations such as that arise, he has to take care of the customer. I thought that was very classy.
