Had an issue with with ac/furnace. Service gal #0690776 came out, checked, ordered part, and was very professional about this issue. Came out on Monday, part was ordered, came back on Friday to install, there was thunderstorm, could not complete, called on Saturday that she will be there. Came by, installed part, made sure the heat was working, asked about my elderly Mom who is not well, then was on her way. Would always ask for her in the future.
