Sears central air problem - CENTRAL AIR

Had sears central installed 2 years ago and stopped working due to a filter problem. Had technician come and repair it and now we have water coming out of my ceiling from whatever he did and the ac isnt working again! Called sears numerous times to be put on hold, asekd for a supervisor and put on hold again for a total of 1 hour!!! Rediculous! Then called again and was told next apt is a week away! Unexceptable since their own technician caused this new problem! Dont everrrrr use sears! Terrible customer service!
