Central Air Leaks Through Ceiling After Repair, Next Visit a Week Away

Had Sears central installed 2 years ago and stopped working due to a filter problem. Had technician come and repair it and now we have water coming out of my ceiling from whatever he did and the ac isn't working again! Called Sears numerous times to be put on hold, asked for a supervisor and put on hold again for a total of 1 hour!!! Ridiculous! Then called again and was told next apt is a week away! Unacceptable since their own technician caused this new problem! Don't everrrrr use Sears! Terrible customer service!
