Delivery delay: I payed 1000$ more than 45 days ago and they called me three times they don't have my washer/drye

I bought, at Home Depot Norwalk CT, a washer and a dryer on the black Friday (November 27th). I was requested to pay the full price (1090 $) although the appliances were supposed to be delivered December 22nd. After 45 days I received three phone calls who delayed the delivery. Yesterday I went to the store and, after check the order, they told me my appliances will be this coming Friday. This morning I received a call from an Home Depot office in NJ, and they told me they were very sorry but my appliances will be ready only next week.
