I purchased my kirby on 11-10-09 it was not picked up until 11-23-09 after I tracked them down in my neighborhood while they were going door to door and made sure they were with the same company and asked them could they take it and please return it.
The day they picked it up the salesman Mike Toth told me if I had any problems getting my deposit back call him. While my contract states that they have ten days from the day it was picked up to return my deposit i have yet to receive it. I have spoken with
Tony who shouldnt be in business about two and a half weeks ago and he is going to try to tell me that it has not been four weeks at that point since they picked it up I told him I would call him back when I got home with the contract and the dates, I did just that
he told me he would check on it and call me the next day of course i have not spoken with him since. I call and leave messages with his wife who acts like she doesnt know anything and have also left messages on the voicemail and have never received a call back from anyone. Today is 1-7.
