Bought 4/25/08/Been in repair going on 7 times!

In 4/08, purchased Craftsman Lawn Mower. Have introduced it set for fix happening 7 times today. I've an excellent garden that we took excellent care of. Nevertheless, a lot of occasions I've attended cut, and mower did not work with numerous factors. I'm 67, my spouse 72. Difficult to raise mower in vehicle ev/ery period. Besides that, I believed Builder was said to be great. This is exactly why I purchased this manufacturer. I'm angry! Below it's 10/20/09, I do want to cut, pay seed, manure and calcium, and that I cannot mow my garden first (that we need to - actually only for the leaves)!! I believe they ought to provide me a brand new one!!! Been online for 1 time. Nevertheless cannot learn how to get hold of leader of organization
