After purchasing a unit from this Simi Valley store one would think there would be a desent customer service available. WRONG 4 phone calls, 25 phone rings at a time, no answer, Personal visit, no response, clerk didnt have a clue what I was referreing to. Compressor in my frigedare refrig went out, probably due to an S. C, Edison issue of a week ago (there next) Am still awaiting a service tech to contact me. Come on people how long is this going to take...
