They Will Rip You Off!

This Company is just one big rip off!!! We had them come to our house on 9-1-08 and they said our refrigerator needed a new compressor. We paid $456 to have a new compressor put in. I had already had to throw food away b/c of the refrig and freezer not working. They SAID they repaired it. On 9-15-08 I had to throw food away again and call them back.

The same repairman came, put his hand in my refrig and said "it's working". I called the Company back and requested a different person to come out. On 9-17-08 a new guy came. He put freon in the refrig and cleaned the coil. I put food back into it. On 9-25-08 the refrig was not working again. I threw food away for the 3rd time. The 2nd guy came back and said that the seals needed to be reoiled so that the doors would stay closed tight.

On October 1 I called and asked for my money back because I had to throw away food for the 4th time. The lady said for me to send her a copy of the front and back of my check and a letter stating why I wanted a refund and then I would get it. I did just that. Ten minutes after faxing the request a man called and said that I would not get my money back. He said that the compressor worked that it just needed to be drained until it would hold the temperature. First of all why is he just now telling me this. Second of all why did 2 other repairmen not know this. I wanted my money back.

It has cost me at least another $500 in food that I have thrown away. He said we could file a complaint with the BBB, call Clark Howard or take him to court but we would not get our money back. These people do not know what they are doing, They are rude and very unprofessional. No one should ever use this company!!!
