I called executive customer care at Lowe's recently regarding an issue with a large appliance purchase and NO delivery as of YET. Its been 49 days so far. I spoke to a woman named Sara who was more interested in talking then listening and spoke over me for the first 5 minutes. She asked some pretty weird questions for customer service like my income, if anyone else in the home worked and if i had kids in public school. Kinda odd but when i questioned her she stated, " do you want my help or not?" so I answered. She then told me how i should have asked questions before i purchased and maybe the issue was my fault for not being educated. I almost went through the roof. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she is the highest level at lowes and that no one else would or could assist me so either i worked with her or good luck at the local Lowes. Great service. I have written to the company about her behavior and also filed numerous complaint every where I could only to find that she is still there being as rude as ever. The local GM from Loews told me he receives more complaints about Sara in executive support than any other person at Loews. GREAT service. I hope someone reads this and deals with her inappropriate and rude behavior.
