The Princess and the Prince Crushed a 6 year old on his Birthday! No show, no call, wont return calls

Do NOT use http://princessandpirates.com / aka Princess and the Prince for ANY of your party needs. We booked a bounce house for our 6 year olds birthday a month in advance, leaving a credit card number for a deposit. A week prior to the event we called to confirm. Then on the day of, about an hour before the party, we again called, as we started to get nervous about them not having shown up yet. THEY NEVER SHOWED! We had 30 kids and another 40 adults at our birthday party expecting a bounce house, and this company wont even return our phone calls.

THEY DISAPPOINTED A 6 Year OLD and all his friends! Horrible...
